How to Send Automated Messages with Outreach

TrustYou’s Outreach functionality allows you to easily send personalized messages to a group of customers. You can upload a file with customer data and send a message to every recipient included on your list. Outreach also allows you to automatically send recurring messages using data from CRMs, Booking Systems and Property Management systems to send welcome messages, appointment reminders, and to gather customer feedback. Your customized outreach message will be sent to new recipients each time a new list is received.
