Why am I not receiving email alerts even though I have them enabled?
Make sure you have enabled email alerts in the settings of the tool and saved this change. You also need to include the email address(s) of where the alerts are to be sent to. You need to select the sections you would like to receive in the alert. Please note that orange means that the section has been selected. For enterprise users, please make sure you have selected the hotels in your portfolio you want to receive alerts for. If you have selected all these options and are still not receiving alerts, please check your spam folder and your email settings to make sure the alerts are not being blocked or deleted.
