Email Integration Overview

Our Recurring Email Integration feature allows you to automatically feed customer information from your Customer Management System to TrustYou Messaging. Many Customer Management Systems include the ability to schedule CSV exports of data and many will allow users to setup an email address and a frequency with which to email the export.

You can use this functionality to import data into Messaging to send automated messages and give your employees better context for their conversations with customers. Once you’ve imported your data, your customer records will appear in the Customer Directory, where you can begin to define your customer segments.
