Customer Directory and Segments

The Customer Directory allows you to view your customers and use filters to create and save Customer Segments. You can use customer segments to create groupings of customers based on their current, past or upcoming interactions with your business.

As mentioned in the video, to use the Customer Directory, you need to import some customer data. So if you haven’t done that yet, be sure to import your customer data.

You can also use saved segments to automatically send messages to customers through Outreach. To learn how to create an Outreach message, be sure to read our Outreach tutorial.
