Best practices: Update Inbound Communication Channels

One of the first steps to start seeing inbound traffic from your customers is to update your inbound communication channels with your new texting number.

How do you do that? Well, we’re here to help and have put together the following simple steps:

  1. First, put together a list of each communication channel you use (i.e. your company website, Yelp, Facebook, etc).
  2. Next, update your company website contact information.
  3. Lastly, click on each of the icons below to get instructions for how to update your profile for each of these communication channels.
